Booking Notes
- House Rules:
- 3-night minimum stay.
- Minimum age to rent: 25 years.
- Children allowed: ages 8–17. Babies and infants under 2 years old are also permitted.
- No Smoking inside the property.
- No Pets allowed (except service animals).
- Check-in/out: Check-in from 16:00, check-out by 10:00. Flexible times possible on request only.
- Maximum Occupancy: 6 adults/children aged 8–17 combined. Babies and infants under 2 are permitted in addition.
- Costs:
- 50% initial payment secures booking. Remaining 50% due 30 days before arrival.
- £320 (€400) refundable security deposit.
- Tourist tax is per adult, per night.
- Winter bookings may incur a heating surcharge.
- Booking: Bookings only confirmed on receipt of completed booking form and 50% initial payment.
- Payment Methods: Bank transfer (preferred) or PayPal (fees apply).
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds only given if property is re-let.
- Insurance: We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance including cancellation cover.

Use the booking form and calendar above to check your preferred dates and see the price automatically:
- Fill in your Name, Phone and Email details.
- Select the number of Adults and Children aged 8–17 staying. If children are selected, enter each child’s age in the boxes that appear.
- Select your desired check-in date on the calendar.
- Select your desired check-out date on the calendar.
Once both dates are selected, the Cost Breakdown will update automatically to show the price for your stay, including any applicable discount, tourist tax and the refundable security deposit.
Please note: Children included in the booking must be aged 8–17. Babies and infants under 2 years old are permitted and do not need to be included in the Children field.

Select your dates on the calendar, then submit the enquiry form. You will receive a series of emails.
- One confirming receipt of your enquiry and summarising your booking details.
- Once we have confirmed availability, you will receive an email with initial payment instructions.
- Once we have confirmed that the initial payment is received, you will receive a booking confirmation email with the next steps and balance payment instructions.
- The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days before arrival. We will send payment instructions in advance of the due date.
- Once the balance is paid, you will receive a confirmation email.
- One week before your stay, you will receive a final reminder email with the exact address, arrival instructions and useful information for your stay.
