Booking Notes
- House Rules: 3-night minimum stay. Sorry, no pets.
- Check-in/out: Check-in from 16:00, check-out by 10:00. Flexible times possible on request only.
- Maximum Occupancy: 6 persons (adults and children combined).
- Costs:
- 25% deposit secures booking. Balance due one month prior to arrival.
- £320 (€400) refundable security deposit.
- Tourist tax ~£0.97 per adult, per day.
- Winter bookings may incur a heating surcharges.
- Booking: Bookings only confirmed on receipt of completed booking form and deposit.
- Payment Methods: Bank transfer (preferred), PayPal (fees apply), cheque (GBP only).
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds only given if property is re-let.
- Insurance: We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance including cancellation cover.
