- House Rules:
- 3-night minimum stay.
- No Smoking inside the property.
- Pets: Calm, small pets only due to wooden flooring - 2 maximum.
- Check-in/out: Check-in from 16:00, check-out by 10:00. Flexible times possible on request only.
- Maximum Occupancy: 6 persons (adults and children combined).
- Costs:
- 25% deposit secures booking. Balance due one month prior to arrival.
- £320 (€400) refundable security deposit.
- Tourist tax is per adult, per night.
- Winter bookings may incur a heating surcharge.
- Cleaning supplement applies for pet stays.
- Booking: Bookings only confirmed on receipt of completed booking form and deposit.
- Payment Methods: Bank transfer (preferred) or PayPal (fees apply).
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds only given if property is re-let.
- Insurance: We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance including cancellation cover.

Select your dates on the calendar, then submit the enquiry form. You will receive a series of emails.
- One confirming receipt of your enquiry and summarising your booking details.
- Once we have confirmed availability, you will receive an email with Deposit payment instructions.
- Once we have confirmed that the deposit is paid, you will receive a booking confirmation email with the next steps and balance payment instructions.
- Six Weeks (or immediately if within 6 weeks) before your stay, you will receive an email about the balance payment.
- Once the balance is paid, you will receive a confirmation email.
- One week before your stay, you will receive a final reminder email with the exact address, arrival instructions and useful information for your stay.
